Scaffolding Anchor (Tie) Testing and Installation
Regulations TG4 and TG20 state that all scaffolding structures requiring anchor ties must have a minimum of 5% of these ties proof tested to ensure that they have been properly installed and are capable of carrying the required working loads. We are qualified, competent testers through the Construction Fixings Association and work to BS 8539:20012 Code of Practice for the selection and installation of post-installed anchors in concrete and masonry. We can also carry out tests to determine Allowable Loads and install anchor ties for scaffolding companies. We can also test fixings other than scaffold anchors, e.g. harness points and seasonal decoration anchors.
